Migrated over seven web properties and thousands of pages from flat HTML to Drupal CMS, the largest CMS-based migration web project on campus. Developed, planned and executed the Academic Exploration Tool, an interactive, data-driven enterprise content management solution for colleges and degree programs across campus. Executes and implements strategic marketing and communication plans based on data, analytics, research and consumer behavior trends and data. Designs, develops and executes digital, social and direct marketing efforts on behalf of the University.

Responsible for direct marketing, social media and technology integration within a full-scale relationship management plan that incorporates CRM, web, social media and direct marketing efforts. Developed a strategic calendar, behavioral and relational-based communications plan for Enrollment Management via digital and traditional communication methods that maintain cohesion and unification across all members of the organization. Developed and managed a multi-channel digital student recruitment program working with the admissions team, current students, faculty and staff to create content and shape an institutional recruitment message. Established admission/enrollment-specific social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, etc.); as well as manage institutional presence on college search networks.

Responsible for management and maintenance of computing devices assigned to all Enrollment Management units. Coordinated with UK Main Campus Network Engineering regarding the safety & speed of network to include upgrades, security and compliance. Deployed iPad kiosks in UK Visitor Center. Rolled out iPad “roaming” devices for data harvesting for UK Preview Nights and recruiting staff. Conferred with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Configured equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of operating systems, or appropriate software.

Assisted in developing an oral history project “From Combat to Kentucky” (www.nunncenter.org/c2ky/) that documents Kentucky's student veterans, and their individual experiences during the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars and their transition into higher education. Developed and assisted in the strategic planning for national and state-wide implementation and playwright for theatrical performances.

Developed various strategic electronic communication plans throughout Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Responsible for $4 million in cryptographic hardware and materials. Modified and improved unit and theater wide standard operating procedures for satellite, VHF, HF and cryptographic communication strategies and procedures. Counseled subordinates and mentored junior Marines as required in order to improve the effectiveness of the unit. Obtained U.S. Government Level II Secret Security Clearance.
